kitchen ware and cooking utensils. All units are equipped for 4
people, with sleeping accommodations including 1 queen bed and 1
queen pullout sofa. Rooms (except 1 bedroom/1 bath) have ocean-view
balconies complete with patio furniture. Video rentals, shuffleboard
and volleyball equipment, boogie boards and umbrellas are available
for your use. Snack machines and soft drink machines are on site.

Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. Local state taxes
will be applied to the rates. For stays of less than 5 nights
there is a $45 cleaning fee.
Cancellations
and Refunds
A full refund will be granted if cancellation is made at least
30 days prior to arrival. A 50% refund will be given if cancellation
is made 15-30 days prior to arrival. There is no refund if
cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to arrival.
Deposits
100% of the rental amount is due at the time of booking to
hold a reservation.
