Village is a unique Condominium Resort nestled among the lakes
and hills in the beautiful highlands of South Lake County, just
west of Orlando on US 27 in Clermont.
Situated
on 44 acres overlooking beautiful Lake Louisa, Vacation Village
offers two distinctive types of residences - THE VILLA which
accommodates a family of six and THE LOFT chalet which has
enough room for a family of eight. The units feature natural
wood interiors, fully equipped kitchens, baths with showers,
private patios, air conditioning, dining areas and color cable
tv.
Vacation
Village also features a centrally located laundry facility
with washers and dryers. Our Recreation Hall may be used for
banquets, meetings, or entertaining. Guests will find travel
to and from Vacation Village both quick and easy. There is
immediate access to Florida''s Turnpike, several major interstates,
shopping in downtown Clermont and a number of major Central
Florida attractions.
There
are numerous recreation and leisure time activities for every
member of the family including an Olympic size swimming pool,
a children''s wading pool, tot lots, a sundeck, shuffleboard
pavilion and a gazebo for poolside entertaining and parties.
In addition, there are two lighted tennis courts, basketball/volleyball
courts and horseshoe pits.
Just
a short stroll away, Vacation Village features a private beach
with picnic grounds and barbecue facilities on Lake Louisa
which is connected to 11 other lakes and offers some of the
best fresh water fishing in the state.

Check in is 4:00 PM. Check out is 11:00 AM. Local state taxes
will be applied to the rates. For stays of less than 5 nights
there is a $45 cleaning fee.
